Management Trainee

The Manager Trainee will work alongside our management team to educate on our business operations. This individual is expected to go from an entry-level position into a management role on an expedited timeline. They will not only learn how to execute sales and customer service, they will also learn leadership development, team building, and account management. As this individual transitions into a management role, they will learn the day-to-day business operations, while still being hands-on with a sales and marketing team.

Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representatives approach customers with information about client products and services, process orders, and ensure customers have a positive buying experience. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, customers are able to make educated buying decisions that fit their needs. Customer Service Representatives have the opportunity to be promoted to leadership and management roles based on performance.

Business Development Representative

Business Development Representatives are responsible for generating new business for Nova Management Clients. BDRs generate revenue through new customer acquisitions and maintaining brand management on behalf of our clients. Representatives will also have the opportunity to take on more responsibilities by assisting in the onboarding and training of new employees and continuously growing the Nova Team.
